People Developer (PD) Singapore Award! |
We would like to proudly announce that Beatty Secondary School has been awarded the People Developer (PD) certification by Spring Singapore. This award would not have been possible without the invaluable time and effort put in by all staff, teachers, students and our partners. The People Developer Standard is adopted with the aim of creating a strong learning and development culture in school that engages everyone and challenges them to scale new heights for the school and themselves. It uses a systematic process for reviewing people development practices and ensures a sound and effective people development approach that is aligned to the school's needs and goals.
